R. Bard (NYSE: BCR), contingent on the divestitures of BD’s soft tissue core needle biopsy product line and C. R. Bard’s Aspira® product line of tunneled home drainage catheters and accessories:
“FTC approval brings us one step closer to full regulatory clearance of the Bard acquisition,” said Vincent A.
