Respected leaders bring deep industry expertise and diverse perspectives to further enable company’s substantial growth
CAMPBELL, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Imperative Care, Inc. today announced the appointment of Henrietta Fore and Stacy Enxing Seng to the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

As an accomplished executive leader, Stacy Enxing Seng has more than 25 years in sales, marketing and operational leadership roles building innovative technology portfolios, demonstrated clinical outcomes, exceptional management teams and world-class company cultures. She brings a strong track record of helping develop and advance life-saving technologies from early concept to valuable solutions in the hands of physicians. She has been recognized as one of Minnesota’s Top 100 Women in Business and currently holds numerous independent director positions at Fogarty Innovation, Sonova Holding AG, LivaNova, PLC, and Corza Medical and serves as Board chair for Contego Medical and Cala Health. Additionally, she has been an Operating Partner at Lightstone Ventures since 2016. Enxing Seng received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Henrietta Fore joins the company’s Board with more than four decades of public service in a variety of sectors. She recently served as the 7th executive director of United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and currently holds the position of Board chairman and chief executive officer of Holsman International, a manufacturing and consulting company. Under President George W. Bush, Fore served as the first female Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance, Under Secretary of Management in the Department of State, and Director of the United States Mint. She has held a number of other leadership positions such as an Independent Director for ExxonMobil and General Mills. Fore has also received esteemed honors such as the United States Secretary of State’s Distinguished Service Award in 2009. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History, Economics and Art from Wellesley College and a Master of Science in public administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
