iRhythm Technologies Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — iRhythm Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: IRTC), a leading digital health care solutions company focused on the advancement of cardiac care, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $100,000,000 of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are being offered for sale by iRhythm Technologies.  In addition, iRhythm Technologies expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional $15,000,000 of shares of its common stock in the offering.
