Mr. Mirabella has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry most notably as President and CEO of GE Healthcare’s Global Diagnostic Imaging business. He is currently an independent director and investor in several healthcare businesses, a limited partner in Venture Capital and Private Equity funds spanning Healthcare, Technology, Energy, Real Estate and Food Safety. After retiring from GEHC, he led Naviscan, Inc. a diagnostic imaging start-up, as Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Mirabella holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mechanics from Polytechnic Institute in New York, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of multiple GE Business Management Development Programs.

Prior to Medtronic, he spent more than 20 years at General Electric, where he was a Company Officer.
